Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Prints are produced at the facility closest to your delivery address, which keeps transit times short wherever you are.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on every order, whatever the size, finish or destination. Express shipping is available at checkout for an extra fee.
Production and delivery times
Every print is made to order. Allow 2–4 business days for production, then:
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- United States and Canada: 5–12 business days
- Rest of world: 5–12 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing outside the EU can add time we have no control over.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If your print arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we replace it or refund it free of charge. Photograph the print and the packaging and write to us at newdevappli@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Do not send anything back before contacting us.
Returns (EU and UK customers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email us with your order number, then send the print back unused and in its original packaging within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We refund the item within 14 days of receiving it back.
Outside these cases, we do not offer exchanges. Please check your size and frame option before ordering.
Wrong address
Check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to the producer because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it, but the shipping cost will be charged again.
