Made to order Every EchoSunArt print is produced on demand after you order. Please check the size and finish carefully before checkout.

Damaged, defective or wrong item If your print arrives damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at newdevappli@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers) If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, email us at newdevappli@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You then have 14 days to send the item back, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We will refund the price of the item within 14 days of receiving it back, using your original payment method.
