2. Scope — These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

3. Products — We sell fine-art prints, framed or unframed, printed to order. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen depending on your display settings.

4. Prices and payment — Prices are shown in euros, including applicable VAT where due. Shipping is free. Payment is taken at checkout through the secure payment methods offered. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and may be used once per customer where indicated.

5. Order and contract — The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

7. Withdrawal, returns and refunds — Your rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK, are described in our Refund Policy.

8. Legal guarantees — Consumers in the EU benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

9. Intellectual property — All artworks, images and texts on this website are the property of EchoSunArt. Purchasing a print does not transfer any reproduction rights.
